Olio di Piatello is made from olives grown on the slopes of an ancient Umbrian hillside. Olives are hand picked, single estate and cold pressed. The oil that is produced is some of the best in the world. Most years it has a free acidity level of less than 0.1%
The harvest is small but the olive oil is delicious and vey concentrated.
